Meeghan Moldof is an experienced attorney and co-founder of High Point Legal Group, where she proudly serves clients throughout Florida. Originally from South Florida, Meeghan now calls Lake County home.
She earned her law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida. Meeghan began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County, representing both juveniles and adults facing misdemeanor and felony charges. During this time, she gained extensive courtroom experience and developed a strong passion for advocating on behalf of her clients.
After transitioning into private practice, Meeghan built a well-rounded legal background, handling cases in probate, estate planning, family law, and dependency, as well as domestic violence injunctions. She has also served as a Guardian ad Litem in family law matters. Her experience across multiple areas of law allows her to see the bigger picture in each case and approach challenges with creativity and care. Meeghan is known for thinking outside the box and working closely with her clients to find practical, personalized solutions that meet their needs.
Giving back has always been an important part of Meeghan’s life. Before law school, she worked with the Guardian ad Litem Program for the State of Florida, advocating for children involved in court proceedings. She later continued that work as a volunteer and was honored to play a role in the adoption of multiple children – an experience that remains especially meaningful to her.
